Since 2009, Olympie III has been operated by the apartment's owner; we are helping him in the running of the chalet. PLEASE NOTE: Olympie III is not run in the same way as our other chalets.

Olympie III is a sunny chalet style apartment in a quiet corner of Mottaret, with all of the rooms, with the exception of one bedroom having a balcony. Within the modern, but traditional, exterior, old wooden beams, beautiful soft furnishings and antique furniture have been used to create a lovely interior.

The enormous sitting room and four of the five bedrooms have picture windows and south facing balconies with stunning views of Lac Tueda and Mont Vallon.  Above the sitting room a mezzanine level area provides a light, airy TV lounge/reading room with a desk and computer facilities.

The property is within easy access to the centre of Mottaret and there is normally a skiable path down to the piste some 30 metres from the chalet entrance. Otherwise, the piste is a 5-10 minute walk away.

There is a small indoor hot tub / jacuzzi bathroom and also a sauna, which provide a welcome and relaxing diversion at the end of a long ski day.

Catering

The two resident staff will provide breakfast, afternoon tea (including freshly baked cakes) and dinner on 6 of the 7 days. The standard of the food is homely / good quality, but not fine dining. Wines are served with your dinner.
