Salary
From £130pw dependant on experience.  Package includes accommodation, food and drinks, ski pass, skis/board and boots, medical insurance, transport from London to and from the resort.  Additional performance-based bonus (0 to 3 times weekly salary) will also be awarded at the end of the season.

Overview
The Relief Chalet Manager is jointly (with the others in the support team) responsible for the maintenance of excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards in each chalet on the assigned relief day and supports one chalet plus helps with transportation of laundry on changeover day.

He/she is also responsible for:

The hours are long and the job is physically and emotionally demanding and you need to be good at working as part of a team.  You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused, self motivated, take pride in your work at all times and be conscientious.

No shopping or budgeting duties

Previous Experience

Must be able to cook to a reasonable standard and must have significant hands-on experience in the hotel and catering industry, e.g., chambermaiding and/or waitressing, ideally in high level establishments (4* hotels, 2 AA rosette level restaurants).

Must also have significant and demonstrable previous child-care experience.

CRB check is required

Driving licence and at least 3 years driving experience is highly desirable.

Ability to converse in French is desirable.

Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
