We know that our staff are crucial to being successful; feedback from last season's guest questionnaires reinforces this with comments like:

They were the "perfect hosts" as it were, as if we were staying in a close friend's house with all the luxury of a five star hotel. It is clear that you have worked very hard in trying to achieve this; and that you have done! Thank you and well done for a perfect holiday"

"The staff's attitude and friendliness was what made the holiday special. Nothing was too much trouble. Your staff always speak very highly of you and the way they are looked after - they are clearly very happy working for you and that transmits to the guests."

"For the first time in 20 years of organising group ski trips we decided before we left that we will definitely return to Mottaret with Purple Ski. The whole experience was first class and when you consider we had four very small children with us this was no mean feat. The commitment and helpfulness of your staff must have gone way beyond their job descriptions I am sure. Purple Ski is going to be a tough act to follow."

We take pride not only in making sure that our guests have the best possible skiing holiday, but also on being a great company to work for. We hire people based on their skills, experience and attitude and expect the highest standards of work from them, but in return, we make sure that they are well rewarded and get to spend the most time possible enjoying themselves.
