Guidance on levels for Cab9:

Did you know that a Cab9 is a freestyle trick? In fact it's a switch frontside 900 degree spin, meaning that you ride into a kicker backwards, rotate 2.5 times in the air and land forwards. Easy! there are different degrees of rotation when doing a cab spin and Cab9 are now using this for their level grading system. Have a look and see what Cab you are:

Half cab I'm a beginner, this is my first time on a board and I wouldn't know the difference between a highback and a toestrap!
Cab 3 I've done a bit before but I just can't seem to get my turns working
Cab 5 I'm getting the hang of it, I can turn both ways on easy runs but if it gets steep or narrow I come unstuck
Cab 7 I'm happy on all runs but I feel like I've hit a bit of a plateau. How can I progress?
Cab 9 I can ride the whole mountain and/or I'm into freestyle. I really want to push my limits and fine tune my technique.
