Reserving and confirming your holiday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST WEEKS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON A WHOLE CHALET BASIS. PLEASE EMAIL FOR DETAILS.

Having done this please click on the Terms and Conditions link below to see terms and conditions. After reading the terms and conditions please click on the "I accept the terms and conditions" button at the bottom of the Terms and conditions page and this will take you to the booking form for completion.

Deposit

In order to confirm the reservation in addition to the booking form we require a deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE accept under clause xi of the terms and conditions. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer to either our UK or French bank account or by credit card.

The deposit may be made by different credit cards and cheques but we ask that these be collated by the party leader and made at one time. For example if you your party wishes to pay the deposit by credit card individually we would ask you to collect the details and fax these to use on one sheet of paper with the amounts to be charged to each card detailed.

Balance

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences and is payable through and by the party leader but again this may be by multiple credit cards as required.
