The Purple Ski Difference
Attention to detail: the recipe for your perfect ski holiday.
"The holiday was the best ever, thanks to the commitment of your fantastic team."
A skiing holiday isn’t just about skiing - and we never forget how important your holiday is to you. That is why we do everything
we can to ensure that you have a hassle free holiday with everything just the way you want it.
Here are just some of the things we mean by this and ways in which we stand out from even the best of the rest:
Karen and I are available 7 days a week and are on hand in the resort to provide an very personal "concierge service", tailoring and
organising all the minute details of your trip, including helping to arrange travel/transfers, childcare, ski equipment, ski lessons
or even events in resort like ski-dooing….
Pre-arrival call from your chalet staff
Your chalet team will telephone you before you arrive, to check on that we are totally ready for you and your family/friends, and
for any last-minute needs and requests.
Flexible arrival and departure times
We offer flexible arrival and departure times (unlike most, we don't have pre-set check-in/check-out times).
Private, dedicated chauffeurs
Each chalet has its own dedicated minibus and chauffeur, so you don’t need to pre-book your trips to the slopes in the mornings;
just leave when you're ready. And the
chauffeur service runs throughout the day and until
1am if needed.
Unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne
You can help yourself to our complimentary bar of unlimited champagne, wine, beers, selected spirits, soft drinks and mixers at any
time. The bar truly is stocked with Veuve Clicquot and Charles Heidseick champagne at all times! Our prices include first-rate
wines, all selected for us by a Master of Wine, and
champagnes.
Expert, award winning chefs
Purple Ski was the winner of the Times Chalet Chef competion, 2010 ("upmarket" category). Expert chefs are in each chalet to cook
delicious meals (6 nights). Each is a professional with several years experience in top restaurant or hotel kitchens, often Michelin
starred. They are happy to suggest their own menus or cook dishes of your choice. Please go to our
cuisine
page for more details.
Seamless service every day of your stay
We provide a seamlessly excellent service on every day of your stay. This includes housekeeping, breakfast, afternoon tea and children's
high tea as usual, plus complimentary baby-sitting on the chalet team's day off.

and picked for their professionalism, dedication and friendliness.

And of course:
"If I had to pick one factor that really made the holiday enjoyable it would be the staff. I don't know what your recruitment
policy is but it works."
- We can arrange for your lift pass (additional cost) to be waiting for you on your arrival.
- Our service partners - such as ski equipment providers and ski guides - are the best in the resort and will meet you
in the comfort of your chalet and make the experience as streamlined and fuss-free as possible.
- Champagne and canapés are served before dinner every night.
