Here are just a few of examples of comments and emails we have received from guests last season (2011-2012); we think that they give you a flavour of the level - and consistency - of the service that we deliver:
LA PETITE PIA
December - Abdullah - We had a fantastic time and the staff made the trip unforgettable, it was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you for your hospitality and the staff's kindness, generosity, and helpfulness.
January - Bright - Just fabulous!
Hanuary - Simonsen - The crew has been more than excellent to us; we've been treated like kings.
February - Lumley - I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that we have had a fantastic week in the chalet, the team were totally superb, I really could not find fault with anything nor can I even come up with a constructive criticism. All our guests found them fun, charming, helpful, great company, thoughtful and proactive. Jodie’s cooking was superb and everyone gave it top marks, I really do not know how he managed after such a big and presumably painful break of his collar bone, but we simply would not have known. Jonathan who came and helped out was also fantastic and fitted in as if he had been part of the team so it was seamless from our point of view – a thank you to Jodie for ensuring this was the case too.
Not only were Jodie Amy and Jamie fantastic but everyone else from Purple Ski who our group came into contact with got full marks. Your interviewing and selection techniques must be pretty good because it is a very slick and well oiled machine operating in Petite Pia, huge thanks to them and to you.
March - Montgomerie - Another fantastic stay at Petite Pia, thank you for the great Purple Ski hospitality and all your hard work.
April - Wendin - You really have captured the dream. WELL DONE to all at Purple Ski we had an absolutely AMAZING week.
LA VARAPPE:
December - Bradie - We all had a wonderful time and thought everything was fabulous!
January - White - We just wanted to drop you a personal email to thank you and the team for a fantastic stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were looked after superbly. The Varappe team is a credit to Purple Ski. Thanks and look forward to seeing you all next season!
February - Gibbons - We had a brilliant stay in La Varappe. Everything was perfect, food, staff, transport and booze. We had absolutely no complaints. Thank you to all of your staff for making it such an enjoyable week."

April - Henriques - We had the most amazing time. Chalet Varappe was absolutely perfect...in every way.
LAPIN BLANC:
December - Johannsson - We most certainly enjoyed our stay in Meribel. I think there is absolutely nothing to complain about and all our requests were answered in the same way: "No problem!" and dealt with accordingly. The staff is both skilled and very friendly (including massage) and the food was excellent.
January - de Boinville - Simply the best.
January - Kwok - A big thank you to all the Purple Ski team for their always attentive service and friendly smiles, they surely added to the already wonderful chalet.
February - Shimakazi - We had a fantastic time and loved the staff and the chalet.
March - Arden - Superb food and service.
April - Langlois - The food was fantastic, the chalet was gorgeous and all of the arrangements were taken out of our hands and sorted out with the minimum of fuss.
FOINSBOIS
December - Holland-Bosworth - The food has been great and the team is delightful.
January - Wood - What a wonderful holiday we've had. Very pampered and spoilt.
January - Steinpreis - The service and food were excellent. We would especially like to comment on how professional and helpful Will and Danielle were, good staff of that calibre are not easy to find. All of the staff were wonderful. The Chalet was absolutely gorgeous and had a warmth that along with the wonderful staff amazing snow and exceptional food ensured a great week for all of us.
We were all sad to leave and hope to return again someday. None of us are quite sure how we will adapt to normal life without Jonathan, Danielle, Lauren and Will to make our days run smoothly.
February - Brydon - Excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The chalet staff couldn't have done more to help.
March - Clifton - Superb chalet and as for the team - Just marvellous. They could not have done more to ensure that we had a great holiday.
ZYBELINE
December - Brayer - We had the best time ever, loved the chalet, loved the resort and felt pampered and taken care by the staff. The food and wines were superb, and I would like to point out especially, the very good nature of Adam, and the others were the best workers ever.
January - Sessions - A brief email to tell you what a superb job you and all your team did. We had the most wonderful time and were excellently looked after.
February - McNeil - Excellent. Chalet - Lovely light and clean feel with a great modern contemporary finish. And chef 'Adam' couldn't do enough for us.
March - Koolen - Great people, excellent food, great accommodation, guaranteed fantastic week.
March - Goforth - Another fantastic week with Purple Ski. The chalet staff once again has looked after our every whim.
