Here are just a few of examples of comments and emails we have received from guests last season (2010-2011); we think that they give you a flavour of the level - and consistency - of the service that we deliver:
LA PETITE PIA
January - Evans S - We couldn't fault it, the whole experience was sensational, everything exceeded our expectations... We think probably because the staff were so outstanding. We are definite returnees.
February - Stamp J - The whole 'purple experience' was wonderful. The chalet was beautiful.. and the team were terrific. The team gave us their full attention and care in a happy and generous way. I cannot commend them highly enough. You and your office staff were also extremely helpful - a real pleasure to engage with. It is going to be difficult to accept anything less in the future. January - Brockbank A - Fantastic as ever. We all enjoyed ourselves hugely and had a great time. Looked after perfectly and the Chalet as comfortable and well provided for as ever. Thank you to all your team and hopefully see you again next year.
February - Bullard S - We had such a nice holiday at Lapin Blanc. All very spoiling as ever.. Although a nightmare for you it was lovely to see Dan again as the chefs seemed to succumb to various ailments through the week. I must say that the food was fantastic whoever was there, ably backed up by your lovely girls.
March - Lucas L - Our party had a great time at chalet Lapin Blanc. The staff were very helpful and unobtrusive, and we would certainly consider using Purple Ski next year for our annual ski holiday

FOINSBOIS
January - Bojarski Z - So far, you are the best I have come across, please keep it up and don't change. I would like to thank you for really fantastic time in Foinsbois, with excellent food, wine, champaign and particularly the staff - exceptionally helpful, very efficient, caring but not obstructive. We all loved it and will return!

February - Clarke J - I could fill in your questionnaire but to be honest I've looked through the questions and the answer to every one is excellent. We had an absolutely amazing time once again thanks to Purple Ski. Your staff were fantastic, funny, talented, kind, interesting and polite. The food and service was first class and the chalet gorgeous.
March - O'Donovan H - We thought the chalet was fantastic and your staff and all the arrangements for transport etc. were great. Thank you so much for everything. It was great to enjoy the Purple Ski experience.
March - Turvill S - I am writing to thank you for the most amazing week at Foinsbois-we were extremely well looked after by Stevie, Jenny, Bethan & Richard-plus Beck, Fiona , Stephan and all the team. The food and service we received were faultless, it is just such a shame to be back to reality, and our cooking! We will no doubt be back again to enjoy the Purple Ski experience.
