Karen and I really pride ourselves in the quality of the service that we offer both before and during your holiday.

Before your holiday we are here 7 days a week to answer questions and provide information to ensure that your holiday is as you want when you arrive.

We can advise on and arrange your ski lessons, arrange your lift pass to be waiting for you on your first day, give advice on travel and just be there to help with the organisation of your holiday.

Karen and Michael are always available to speak to you or to reply to your emails. During the season we have an assistant in the office in France to help us maintain the level of service we wish to give but we are always available if need be.
